In New York City, communities continue to face persistent health disparities rooted in unequal access to care, systemic bias, and social determinants of health. Our urgent and primary care clinic will play a vital role in addressing these inequities by offering accessible, culturally responsive, and compassionate medical care where it’s needed most.

Too often, delay care due to mistrust in the healthcare system, high costs, or lack of nearby providers who understand their experiences. Our clinic will bridge that gap. We are located within the community we serve—offering same-day urgent care and ongoing primary care under one roof, reducing barriers to preventive services and emergency treatment. By combining these services, we ensure that patients receive both immediate attention and long-term health management without having to navigate fragmented systems.

Our providers will be selected to reflect the diversity of our patients and are trained in culturally competent care. We understand how culture, language, and lived experience affect health outcomes. From hypertension and diabetes to maternal health and mental wellness, our team  is structured to approach every visit with respect and understanding, creating a safe space where patients feel seen and heard.
