Team

Meet the
Lemon Health Care Team.

We’re proud to have assembled kind, smart, and attentive people who care about the future of health.

Many people associate healthcare with disorganization, impersonal interactions, and overwhelm – and for good reason! Very often, appointments are late and providers are overbooked, resulting in rushed and disconnected interactions with patients. Our administrators and clinical team have set out to change that. We believe that good bedside manner should go beyond a “Hi, how are you?” and that connection with a patient as a listener and partner in care – not as an all-knowing authority, which can feel dismissive – is of the utmost importance. We want our patients to feel safe, listened to, and cared for, without sacrificing affordability for you to have a great experience. Our care team gets to know you as people first, tailoring your care specifically to your life and unique needs. Our Clinicians, Clinical Advisors, and Treatment Coordinators are there for you, ensuring that you are never judged, are supported, and receive well-rounded care.

Clinicians

These are the providers who will be taking care of you via our Telehealth and texting platforms. Our clinicians will also be deployed for in-person visits should you need a provider to come to your home.

Physicians, Nurses, Physician’s Assistants (PAs), Specialists, Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) will diagnose and treat you, write your prescriptions, and communicate with you over text regarding any health-related questions you have.

Clinical Advisors

Our Clinical Advisors are responsible for following up post-treatment with patients. After your appointment, our Clinical Advisors will ask you how your appointment went, follow up on care, and schedule any additional appointments.

They’ll make sure you’re adhering to your treatment plan and answer any questions you have. They’re your point person after any appointment!

Treatment Coordinators

At Lemon, we want you to focus on your health and wellbeing – not your insurance coverage, how much something costs, or how to get the care you need. Our Treatment Coordinators handle all the clerical work you’d normally be dealing with in regards to your health.

If you have an insurance provider, you won’t have to talk to them about coverage, co-pays, or being in/out of network – our Treatment Coordinators will take care of all of that. They will also contact pharmacies and make sure all of your medical data is entered correctly, so all you have to do is show up.
